Strategic Planning

The Strategic Planning Department draws up business/technology strategies, analyzes the management results, and makes decisions on the direction of the Company’s operations. In addition, it reviews new projects, makes decisions on investments, and engages in post-investment management.
Required capabilities
Strategic planning skills, inter-organization communication/negotiation skills, and foreign language proficiency

Finance/Accounting

The Finance/Accounting Department carries out the Company’s accounting operations in accordance with the Company’s management guidelines and corporate accounting standards, and handles accounting settlement using the established data related to accounting and business activities. It establishes internal management guidelines in accordance with the government’s tax policy and the Company’s management guidelines. It also engages in business related to tax return and payment, undergoes external accounting auditing, discloses the Company’s overall management/financial status to shareholders and investors, and provides the funds needed by the Company in both the short and the long term.

HR

The Human Resources Department engages in the business of recruiting, maintaining and training human resources who will fit in well with the Company’s corporate culture. It operates an efficient and reasonable personnel system, recruits talented human resources, runs a system for evaluating employees’ performance fairly, and compensates employees’ performance accordingly. It also provides systematic education programs designed to help individual employees attain the targets set for their career path.

IT/DT Planning

The IT/DT Planning Department establishes and implements the Company’s IT/DT-related strategies. Purchasing

The Purchasing Department sets up short/long-term purchasing plans according to the plans for the promotion of projects, explores new sources of purchasing, and strives to reduce costs through negotiations on transaction conditions. It also carries out transactions, including importation, with foreign businesses. Its business executives require skills for assessing the economic environment both in and out of the country and for coping with changes in the raw materials market.

PR

Legal Affairs

Business Planning/Marketing

The Business Planning/Marketing Department’s business requires a deep understanding of the projects carried out by the Company. The department comprehends and analyzes the market environment both in and out of the country, sets up operation strategies, and sets the direction for each project. Its business requires close cooperation with the relevant departments. Employees can expect to build their capability for assessing business trends and developing new projects.

Sales

The Sales Department engages in sales planning and management and carries out sales activities suited to the characteristics of major customers both in and out of the country. It is also responsible for attracting new customers in order to enhance profitability, reducing costs and maximizing results by managing subcontractors efficiently, establishing offshore sales networks, making demand forecasts, setting price strategies, and promoting overseas sales, etc.

Production/Quality Management

The Production/Quality Management Department is responsible for formulating production plans, securing the supply of raw materials, managing inventories, operating the raw materials/parts inspection/work process inspection/goods inspection system; and improving yields by analyzing the causes of defects.

Production Technology

The Production Technology Department is responsible for developing and managing facilities with the main focus on improving productivity. It inspects facilities periodically, engages in cost reduction activities by developing the Company’s own skills, improves work processes to boost productivity, and builds new work spaces.
