High-strength PBAT
Biodegradable plastic resin
High-strength PBAT, developed by an eco-friendly biodegradable joint venture Ecovance with its independent technology, is a sustainable biodegradable material certified by German TÜV for composting. Biodegradable plastic made from high-strength PBAT, when discarded, is decomposed into water and carbon dioxide by microorganisms and contributes to the reduction of plastic waste. In addition, it is even more eco-friendly with the use of natural wood-based additives and has excellent strength and processability. Biodegradable plastic can be applied to various purposes including films (e.g., agricultural, packaging), consumer goods (e.g., packaging, containers), textiles/non-woven fabrics (e.g., diapers, masks), and fishing supplies.
